What Day 9 Looks Like
Newborns are tricky. You got to them early or they like to be awake for any action. When Almie asked me for a newborn session, I encouraged her to have the session within the first week for best results. She said she would call, but I knew she wouldn’t. Being a new mom is a doozy and I’ve been there myself, twice. Almie’s new little family is doing impressively well though and Day 9 is pretty darn fresh. This is one cute little guy. Meet Jacob. 9 Days old.
A Week On Kauai
My son Axel is competing all year in the NSSA Hawaii surf events. The events are held on several different islands as well as a few on Maui. We all go along to support him and have been turning all the little trips into mini vacations. He surfed well and made it into 2 finals, and we all got to surf a few spots new to us on the absolutely amazingly beautiful island of Kauai.
